These terms apply to every visitor and every order placed with Helaman Labs.
01 — In-vitro research use only
Every compound supplied by Helaman Labs is intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical reference. None of our products are drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices, and none are approved for human or veterinary consumption.
02 — 21+ verification
Visitors must confirm they are at least 21 years of age before entering the catalogue. This confirmation is stored on your device and must be re-confirmed at checkout for every order.
03 — Buyer responsibility
By ordering, the purchaser affirms they are a qualified researcher or institution and accepts full responsibility for lawful handling, storage, and disposal of the materials under applicable local, state and federal regulations.
04 — Analytical documentation
Each product page includes a certificate of analysis viewer with HPLC purity, mass spec identity and batch identifiers. Placeholder data is shown until the corresponding signed batch certificate is released.
05 — No medical claims
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no statement should be read as a claim that any compound diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition.
