All sales final — no returns or refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of research biochemicals, every sale is final. Once an order is placed we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds, and we cannot resell or restock any vial that has left our facility — the chain of custody and storage conditions can no longer be verified. Please confirm your compound, dose and shipping address before checking out.
If a shipment arrives damaged or a vial is materially different from the batch documentation, email support@helamanlabs.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number, and we will review it case by case.
Ambient-temperature shipping
All compounds ship as stable lyophilized powder. Lyophilized peptides tolerate ambient room temperature in transit, so orders are not cold packed and do not require refrigerated delivery. On arrival, transfer vials to cold storage as described in our research FAQ.
Rates and processing
Standard shipping is $9.99, and free on orders of $100 or more. Orders are processed from Provo, Utah within 1-2 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 2-5 business days once dispatched.
Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number and milestone updates. Look up a shipment by order number, tracking number or email on the tracking page.
