These terms govern every purchase from Helaman Labs.
01 — Acceptance of terms
By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase any product.
02 — Research use only
All compounds sold by Helaman Labs are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and they are not for human or veterinary consumption, clinical use, or any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose.
03 — Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and qualified to handle research chemicals. You confirm this at site entry and again at checkout. Providing false information voids any order.
04 — Buyer responsibility
You are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, labelling, use and disposal of all materials purchased, and for compliance with every applicable local, state, national and international law and institutional policy.
05 — No medical claims
Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice or a claim of safety or efficacy. Statements and products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
06 — All sales final
Because of the sensitive nature of research biochemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed. See our Shipping & Returns policy for the full detail.
07 — Pricing and availability
Prices, batch availability and analytical documentation may change without notice. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, or that we believe is intended for a prohibited use.
08 — Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helaman Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling or use of any product supplied.
